Vehicles and booths will be placed by Fair Staff. We will try to honour all requests but ultimate placement will be at Staff discretion. Any movement of commercial booth or vehicle not approved will result in immediate removal of that booth or vehicle without refund of payments. Tables and chairs are not provided with space. Please bring your own. No vehicle or booth will be allowed to set up until your account is paid in full (June 30 deadline). No exceptions. Your contract is a commitment for the entire duration of the exhibition. NO EARLY CLOSINGS and/or TEAR-DOWNS PERMITTED.

Set-up day is the Wednesday before the fair. 10:00am-3:00pm. Check in at the fair office for payment and space assignment. Passes are available upon payment.

NOTES FOR COMMERCIAL VENDORS

. Parking - The Management of Quinte Exhibition & Raceway woulld like to remind you that our gates open at 10:00am each day. Please make sure that your personal vehicles are parked in the Designated parking areas by them (infield of the track). We understand that you may have to restock your booth so please do so prior to 10:00am. This just keeps our Fair looking neat & tidy as well as safe for pedestrian traffic.

. Open & Close Times - Booth set up takes place Wednesday from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Booth tear down takes place after 4:00pm on Sunday. Thank you for respecting these times. This is again for the safety of our guests.

. Garbage - A reminder that garbage is not to be left behind. There are bins for disposal. Please do not leave any garbage laying around your site. This helps keep our Fair & City clean.

. Site Assignment - Your numbered site has been assigned to you. Please do not take it upon yourself to move to another site. If you have a problem, please report to the office. If an alternate site is available for you we will be happy to look at relocating but please remember that vending space is limited and site assignment was done by committee for a reason. We work hard to provide you with what we feel is a beneficial space for you and QER.

. Hydro & Water - These services must be requested on your vending application. Should you not include them, then QER cannot guarantee that we can make the accommodation after the fact. Please bring your own cords & hoses to connect.

. Hours of Operation - Indoor Space: Thursday, 4:00 pm - 9:00pm, Friday & Saturday, 10:00am - 9:00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm Outdoor Space: Thursday, 4:00pm - 11:00pm, Friday & Saturday 10:00am - 11:00pm, Sunday, 10:00am - 8:00pm.
