ENTRY INFORMATION:

1. Must be a current member of the Belleville Agricultural Society. The membership fee is $5. for Adult Classes and $1. Junior (16 & under)

2. ENTRY FEE: $1.00 per Winning Entry (deducted from prize money)

3. Maximum payout of two placings per section in each class

4. All exhibits must be the bona-fide property of the exhibitor.

5. Use the following identification (A) Cock (B) Hen (C) Cockerel (D) Pullet (Y) Young Pigeon

6. All exhibits shall be under the control of the comittee; however it is solely at risk of the exhibitor.

7. Any exhibit showing signs of disease or sickness will be removed and disqualified.

8. All exhibits must be cooped by 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 1st, 2011.
JUDGING BEGINS: Thursday, Sept. 1st at 10:00a.m.

9. Exhibits may be cooped Wednesday evening, August 31st from 7-9p.m.

10. TIME TO LEAVE: Sunday, September 4th, 4:00p.m.

11. DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: Postmarked August 15, 2011 or in QER office by Aug. 22nd, 2011

16 years and under - must be capable of handling and cooping their own exhibits.
