This document governs the use of qexec.ca (the “Website”), owned and operated by Belleville Agricultural Society (“we”, “us”, “our”), and explains how we collect and use personal information.

1. Use of Website
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website.
2. Event Tickets & Facility Rentals
Event Ticket Sales
Tickets sold through this Website are subject to availability and grant admission only to the specified event.
All Ticket Sales Are Final – No Refunds
All event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once a ticket purchase is completed, no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, weather conditions, or failure to attend the event, except where required by applicable law.
Event Space & Facility Rentals
Belleville Agricultural Society offers rental of event space and facilities (“Rentals”) subject to availability and approval.
Rental Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date are non-refundable.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
Failure to use the rented space, cancellation due to weather, or changes in event plans does not alter the refund eligibility outlined above.
Belleville Agricultural Society reserves the right to retain any non-refundable fees or deposits as outlined at the time of booking.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Prices may include applicable taxes and fees.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
We do not store or have access to your full payment card information.
4. Event Changes or Cancellations
Event details, including dates, times, locations, and programming, are subject to change. In the event of cancellation, remedies (if any) will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
5. Ticket Transfer & Resale
Ticket resale or transfer rights are not guaranteed. Belleville Agricultural Society reserves the right to update or restrict ticket transfer or resale policies at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Belleville Agricultural Society or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belleville Agricultural Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Website, ticket purchases, rentals, or attendance at events.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to this Website.
